1. Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a return pickup. To facilitate a smooth process, kindly ensure that the product's tags are intact before returning it to us.

2. Size Exchange: We understand that sometimes the fit may not be perfect. If the product you received doesn't fit as you had hoped, you can request an exchange for a preferred size. Simply send the piece back to our studio, and we'll take care of the rest.

3. Store Credit for Returns: In case you're uncertain about keeping the product altogether, you can request to return it within 7 days for store credit. Once your return request is approved, you can ship the item back to our warehouse. Please note that shipping costs of 100 INR both ways will be borne by the customer.
